Description Colliers | Wisconsin is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Associate Real Estate Advisor who wants to learn the business, build strong relationships, and grow something long term. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career, a residential agent curious about transitioning into commercial real estate, or a recent graduate who is motivated, thoughtful, and ready to put in the work. In this unique position you will work directly with our experienced advisors, receive dedicated mentorship, and gain hands-on exposure across leasing, sales, and client advisory work. This structure gives you ongoing opportunities to refine your skills and deepen your commercial real estate knowledge as you contribute to our market expansion in Wausau and North Central Wisconsin. This is a 1099, commission-based position designed for someone who wants to learn by doing and grow into a long-term career.
