We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Reconciliation II to join our Reconciliation Change team. This role is located in Wrocław. In this role, you will: Analyse and evaluate reconciliation platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimization, Conduct migrations to strategic reconciliation platforms, ensuring smooth transition, Execute standardization processes to streamline reconciliation activities across the group, Explore AI opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation maintenance and business as usual (BAU) processes, Participate in efficiency-focused improvement projects to enhance reconciliation workflows, Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on platform analysis, To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Technical knowledge how financial instruments works - both listed and unlisted. Instrument types include, but are not limited to, equities, options, contracts for difference (CFD’s), equity swaps, futures, forward contracts, bonds, interest rate swaps and credit default swaps Experience with ETL Tools (like Xceptor and Alteryx) would be beneficial but is not essential, High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with data consistency and correctness Proficiency in the use of MS Office Package Ability to work under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
