Description BBI Logistics is expanding, and we're looking for a high-energy Sales Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle and help us build top-performing sales teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding. Identify top sales talent through strategic sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and more. Conduct screening calls and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and sales potential. Coordinate in-person interviews and provide timely, professional feedback to candidates. Collaborate closely with the HR team and sales leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals. Drive job marketing efforts and work with our marketing team to ensure we attract the right candidates. Represent BBI at hiring events including career fairs, campus visits, networking events, and open houses. Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support reporting as needed. Build lasting relationships with both candidates and internal teams to foster long-term success. Requirements Who You Are: 1–3 years of recruiting experience (third-party staffing or in-house) or sales experience preferred. Also, open to recent college graduates. Skilled in sourcing strategies and outreach—comfortable reaching out cold and building rapport quickly. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, goal-driven environment. Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and judgment. Organized multitasker who can juggle priorities and deadlines. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
