ASSOCIATE RECRUITER:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Associate Recruiter for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

ASSOCIATE RECRUITER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role involves supporting the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Talent Acquisition departments. The Associate Recruiter will assist hiring managers with inquiries and the CWM Staff Augmentation process, focusing on guiding requisition creation and facilitating supplier calls.

ASSOCIATE RECRUITER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
  • Client service experience with senior managers in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency with Beeline VMS
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Proficient in Excel for requisition management and reporting
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize a high-volume workload

ASSOCIATE RECRUITER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

Responsibilities
  • Guide managers on requisition creation
  • Lead request intake discussions with managers

  • Finalize offers with suppliers and hiring managers
  • Liaise with staffing suppliers regularly
