We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our workforce by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes across the organization. What you’ll do: Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews Communicate with applicants via phone, email, text, and other channels Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience Process new hire paperwork and manage onboarding through the HRIS system Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding and benefits enrollment Conduct stay and exit interviews to support employee retention efforts Provide feedback to improve recruiting and hiring processes Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects What we’re looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills A team player who can also work independently Comfort using HR systems and technology A proactive mindset with a passion for recruiting and helping others succeed Benefits: 7 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays Paid vacation time 401(k) with company match Medical benefits Planet Aid is an equal opportunity employer.
