Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 2 plus years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, or Operations or a related field. 1 plus year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop aimed sourcing strategies. Participate in supporting hiring ramps and talent acquisition campus events to attract candidates. Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
