· Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture & environment.
· Identify and headhunt suitable candidates via LinkedIn recruiter
· Create & manage adverts on job boards
· Utilise the CRM and regenerate candidates for active roles
· Liaise with clients in relation to open vacancies and arrange interviews/availability with them directly.
· Negotiate salaries and finalise agreements between client and candidate
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from screening to offer/onboarding stage).
· Work toward, and exceed KPI’s
· Keep up to date with European compliance & contract laws
· Monday – Thursday in office and Friday remote
