We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Regulatory Administration/Filings I to join our Regulatory Administration team. This role is located in WROCŁAW, POLAND. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Prepare and coordinate drafts of regulatory filings for submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxies, and supplements. Prepare and coordinate draft materials for mutual fund board meetings, including board books, minutes, and other corporate governance documentation. Proactively analyze and research matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other mutual fund securities laws. Engage with peers and clients to ensure clients comply with meeting their respective regulatory reporting requirements.
