Propel your career at Westpac in this Associate Relationship Management, Energy role, based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. You'll be part of Westpac Institutional Bank's Energy, Infrastructure & Resources (EI&R) team, assisting the delivery of high-quality origination and strategic insights for a diverse portfolio of energy clients. Reporting to the Head of Energy, you’ll support a range of activities including new-to-bank acquisitions, assisting to manage an existing complex portfolio, and contributing to growth and strong client advocacy. What do I need? We’re looking for someone with: Understanding of Energy & Infrastructure sectors in Australia and a willingness to deepen knowledge of Sustainability and Climate Change issues. Experience in credit and risk analysis for Corporate & Institutional customers, supporting Relationship Managers with appropriate credit assessments. Skills in portfolio management, including research and implementation of sector strategies to drive revenue and balance sheet growth. Ability to work collaboratively across teams, coordinating with analysts, risk, product partners, and external stakeholders in complex deal structures. A passion for client advocacy and supporting high-quality debt product origination to grow the team’s loan book. Why join us?
