• Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and thematic reviews
• Assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
• Identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions
• Produce clear monitoring reports and present findings to senior management
• Work closely with Compliance, MLRO, Risk, Legal and business teams
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
• Support regulatory examinations, audits and other compliance reviews
• Track remediation of compliance findings through to completion
