Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Release and Deployment Engineers to deliver endto-end release and deployment operations within SRE. This role is responsible for Implementation analysis, preparation, implementation and reporting of Release and Deployments. The ideal candidate should be flexible to working in a dynamic environment, a good understanding of technology systems, and the ability to manage technology under pressure. Technical Automation is a Plus. Key Responsibilities: 24/7 Release and Deployment: Perform Implementation analysis, preparation, implementation and reporting of Release and Deployments, participating in shift rotation to provide 24/7 Implementation support. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Champion and integrate SRE principles into our implementation and operational practices and system designs. Service Lifecycle Management: Own deployment, ongoing support, and monitoring of new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks. Change Reduction & Improved Performance: Proactively improve system performance by automation of change implementation, improving implementation times and reducing errors. Release & Deployment Management: Manage the end-to-end, patching, release, and deployment functions, ensuring seamless delivery. Environmental Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and application development teams to enhance system performance through strategic environment upgrades and continuous improvements. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and maintain comprehensive support procedures to ensure consistent environment maintenance and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline 2 years of experience in IT operations, release deployment, or deployment coordination. Proven experience in a 24/7 operational support model. Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., trading platforms, payment gateways, core banking systems) and regulatory requirements is a plus. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ITSM processes, and deployment tooling. Excellent communication, and coordination skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage complex release cycles. Flexible to business needs. Preferred Qualifications: RHEL Training and/or Certification. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code concepts. Python programming knowledge and automation experience is a plus.
