We can solve this problem together. Our Relocation Specialist plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the organisation by improving customer experience in relocation. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers. What will you be doing... • Connect with the customers who raise requests to relocate • Understand customer’s journey & gather information regarding the relocation request • Provide a "wow" experience to the customer by ensuring the relocation request is resolved within TAT • Arrange pick-up, delivery and installation of the device by following up with the internal teams • Develop strategies to reduce the relocation TAT based on customer’s feedback & journey • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions & processes necessary to meet or exceed the goals
Responsibilities
The Associate - Relocation Support will connect with customers to understand their relocation requests and ensure a timely resolution. They will also arrange the pick-up, delivery, and installation of devices while developing strategies to improve the relocation process.
