* Manage complete end-to-end resolution to merchant queries/complaints/service requests on timely basis thru helpdesk. * Ensure timely respond and communication with merchants with appropriate updates. * Ensure proper coordination and resolution to all merchant queries, issues, requests and requirements. * Proper escalation and highlight of any merchant complaint or issue which needs seniors or management action. * Awareness of policies and procedures for merchants’ managements and acquiring merchants setup. * Monitor daily MIS, Business MI & productivity sheets on a daily basis. * Monitor daily/weekly/monthly communication of PJR, settlements of merchant payments.

Responsibilities
