Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Associate Retail Media Manager role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our holistic paid search strategy across key e-commerce platforms and retail media networks. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment as they will work closely with internal teams and external agency partners. The role of Associate Retail Media Manager will be crucial to the continued growth of our media system and contribution to online revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee media strategy across e-commerce retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with broader brand and business objectives
  • Manage communications with external agencies and retailers to understand growth opportunities, strategies, and consumer behaviors
  • Analyze and track appropriate KPIs to assess media effectiveness and uncover actionable insights
  • Lead optimization of investments both in and between platforms
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify new trends, tools and opportunities to activate
