The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the revenue operations team by supporting data hygiene, owning key business processes, and providing scalable solutions that drive revenue growth. This role helps bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring seamless operations across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or other relevant roles
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent in English
- Experience with CRM platforms, with a strong preference towards Salesforce
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with a bias for action and ability to deliver assignments on time as assigned

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of key performance data; own the maintenance and organization of key SFDC dashboards and reports
- Process Optimization: Own and support the optimization of key revenue processes including but not limited to: deal entry, pipeline hygiene, and contract reconciliation
- Data Quality Management: Work on data enrichment processes in support of key GTM teams across multiple platforms
- Documentation: Support, and own where relevant, the creation of RevOps process documentation in support of process scalability
- Special Projects: Contribute to special projects driven by the Business Operations team such as TAM (total addressable market) analyses and executive presentation materials preparation
