Description

Job Title: Associate – RFR Job Location: Manila In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the road freight service line, supporting countries, or regions, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach. Key Responsibilities: To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures. Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines. Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries or regions, aligned. Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services. Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners. Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner. Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service. Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor´s degree (any). A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage. 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain – Preferred Road Freight experience will be preferred Good knowledge in MS office Effective English communication skills, written and verbal Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred Good logical reasoning skills High level of customer centricity

The associate will work on back-end services for the road freight service line, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and targets according to standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include meeting department SLAs and KPIs, operating services aligned with shifts and regions, and collaborating with colleagues to improve service quality.
