CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC. The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Associate - Route to Market Operations. The position exists to support delivery of analytical projects partnering with business IT and analytics teams, build working relationships with project stakeholders, execute project schedules, coordinate project status meetings, contribute to the development of presentations, analysis and findings to business teams and leadership to drive action and provide inputs to build presentations for business teams.Job Responsibilities Successful task execution as directed for analytics projects and reporting. Person Specifications Diploma in quantitative fields such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. Prior Call Centre experience and strong team-playing ability in a cross-functional environment. Understanding of common business value chains, data architectures for common business systems, strategic project/programmed management. Sound knowledge in Data analytics and Basic project management. Strong communication skills Ability to rapidly gain understanding in functional areas (operations, finance etc.) of a business Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams.
