Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Dominion Securities downtown Vancouver Main branch is currently seeking an Associate for a Chairman’s Council Team. The successful candidate will possess 2+ years of investment or banking industry experience, a passion for service excellence, thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be securities licensed within 12 months. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative needs for clients. This is an exciting and challenging role in one of the largest branches in the firm. The ability to learn and grow in this role is vast. What will you do? Provide world class client service to our valued clients Work closely with Portfolio Manager and Team to ensure efficient business processes Completion and monitoring of client documentation and day-to-day cashflow/transfer needs Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery Maintain client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports Utilize contact management system for daily task management Book client meetings and maintain daily schedule of Portfolio Manager Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts What do you need to succeed? Must-have Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients Strong time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course (“CSC”) & Conduct & Practices Handbook (“CPH”) and obtaining Investment Representative (“IR”) license within 12 months The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in the investment or banking industry working as Sales Assistant / Client Service Associate / Associate / etc. Experience using Microsoft Office Resident of the greater Vancouver area and legally able to work in Canada Nice-to-have Good understanding of fixed income and equity markets Proficiency in Excel What’s in it for you? Responsibilities

The Associate will provide world-class client service while managing day-to-day administrative needs, including documentation, cashflow, and trade settlement. They will also support the Portfolio Manager by maintaining schedules, booking meetings, and resolving client inquiries.
