VANS is looking for an exceptional Associate Sales Analyst (VANS EMEA) to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. Let’s Talk about the Role In this role as Associate Sales Analyst, you will handle the executional tracking of sales progression and the coordination of the business actions. You will be responsible for setting the monthly sales target for the Wholesales channels and monitoring the actual sales on daily base reporting reasons of variance vs target and opportunity and risk. You will suggest mitigation actions and collaborate with Sales Team for the implementation and tracking of results. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Sales progression: You will be responsible of the daily sales reporting with the validation of actual discrepancy. You will drive the weekly calls with Sales Team to monitor the achievement vs targets and coordinate the necessary actions based on the Brand priorities. Monthly Sales Target: You will define the Gross-to-Net monthly sales target for each wholesale channels at key account level, based on the financial forecast expectation. Prebook conversion: You will monitor the seasonal prebook conversion on weekly base connecting with Sales team to gather insights on opportunities and risks and implement recovering initiatives. Orderbook clean-up: You will handle the monthly clean-up process to free up unnecessary allocated inventory maximising sales opportunities across channels. Liquidation deals: You will be responsible to prepare TBD/MO deals maximising the accounts demand with the inventory available. You will support the liquidation strategy optimization by providing insights on business opportunities and operational efficiency. Skills for Success University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or economics Past experience in sales analysis/sales ops or in finance.
