The Associate Sales Director is responsible for recruiting a Sales Team; Manages, trains, monitors and motivates all sales force under his/her jurisdiction; Coordinates with superiors in implementing the marketing activities by the company; Supervise all downlines and ensure that Sales Quotas set forth by management are met regularly; Closely monitors and evaluate all sales force performance and ensures timely submission of management required reports; Develops individual sellers and maintains a productive relationship with accredited reality firms, brokers; Develops regional contacts for generation sales; Participates actively in Regional Events to ensure corresponding sales production are achieved;

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or equivalent.
2. Work Experience. Minimum two (2) years solid managerial working experience in sales,
   sales planting and marketing in real estate industry.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Knowledgeable in sales processes; Must be equipped with managerial skills; Must be computer literate; Skilled in public relations; Must be able to adapt and absorb any movements that the department requires.
   Job Type: Full-time
   Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
