Responsibilities
  • Support the business and market needs to ensure accelerated growth by providing specific commercial and technical input to all sales activities.
  • Support Area Sales Managers in maximising sales and implementation of strategic plans
  • Implement trials to gain new product acceptance at an operational level.
  • Site visits to identify problems and work with customer to develop solutions. Along with site surveys with Energy teams.
  • Make selections and create quotations for pumps and spares, as well as answering customer enquiries.
  • Engage with customers and respond to their requests that require product and application knowledge including troubleshooting skills.
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, design institutes, consulting firms, authorities, and etc
