Overview The Associate Sales Executive is responsible for signing new business for ampliFI Loyalty Solutions. This role covers the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects, initial discussions, sharing the ampliFI story and solutions to new financial institutions, presenting sales materials and proforma, pricing negotiations, contract negotiations, and execution. The position also ensures successful handoff between clients and internal teams for program implementation. Additionally, the role involves relationship management with partners and lead channels to generate additional leads and provide industry thought leadership.   Responsibilities * Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. * Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. * Present to prospects via phone, webinar, and onsite meetings, effectively presenting to C-Level executives. * Conduct all follow-ups directly with prospects. * Prepare presentations, documents, financial proforma, and other materials to assist prospects in their decision-making process. * Work directly with prospects on contract negotiations to close sales. * Prepare sales summary details for turnover to implementation teams and maintain ongoing client relationships through handoff. * Provide sales support for partner clients and lead-generation sources as needed. * Represent the company at trade shows, client conferences, and events. * Effectively manage and update all leads and opportunities using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM tool.   Essential Skills and Experience * Minimum of 1 years of related experience in financial services industry; payments experience is a plus * 1 - 3 years Business Development experience * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. * Experience presenting to C-Level decision makers. * Ability to forge strong relationships with prospects, partners, and clients. * Skilled in sales negotiation for pricing and contract terms. * Proven track record in prospecting and targeting new prospects through multiple channels. * Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales target goals, including planning and strategy development. * Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools to track leads and opportunities. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to close the sales cycle. * Customer service experience. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.   Preferred Skills and Experience   * Familiarity with loyalty/rewards programs and fintech industry trends. * Experience in B2B sales within financial institutions or payments industry. * Knowledge of SaaS sales processes and enterprise client management.   Key Competencies and Attributes * Effective and persuasive communicator. * Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. * Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach. * Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.   Work Arrangement * Based at ampliFI’s Naperville, IL Corporate office, this hybrid role requires onsite reporting Tuesday-Thursday weekly. * National remote opportunities require residency in one of the following states AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, or VA.    Travel Requirement * Travel is required for this position and could be up to 50%.      Physical Requirements This role involves sitting or standing for extended periods, using computers, phones, and other office equipment. Visual acuity and manual dexterity are needed for reading documents and handling materials. However, the final salary may be higher or lower than the stated range, and this range may be adjusted in the future. An employee’s placement within the salary range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the needs of the business or organization.
