  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focused on building their capability and capacity to significantly contribute to the tactical demands of the job role: Expected to be self-directed. May still learning in-depth information about Ensono’s products, direct marketing and the industry they serve and are actively engaged through a self-directed plan oriented around:
  • Product Training: to increase product knowledge, calculate standard pricing, conduct product presentations, create product proposals addressing client reported business issues and conducting value proposition driven demonstrations (if applicable).
  • Direct Marketing Trends: to increase knowledge of key concepts, promotional contents, promotional media, channels, challenges and solutions.
  • Industry Training: to increase understanding of the industry served, industry trends, vertical industry nuances (if applicable).
  • Competition Training: to increase understanding of the competition and enabling our products and services to viewed as superior.
  • Beginning to balance his/her development with meaningful and measurable contribution. While they are expected to make a definite contribution, the critical nature and complexity of the projects or tasks to which he/she is assigned are less than complex in nature.
