Job Title: Associate, Sales Operations Reports To: Senior Manager, Sales Operations Business Unit: Finance, Accounting Work Location: Gurugram with a minimum of 3 days per week work from office Shift Timing: 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST Position Summary GLG is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Associate to join our Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical part in supporting the operational aspects of our contracting process as the company transitions from one BRRP system to another. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will partner closely with the Business Development team and collaborate across multiple departments worldwide. Your work will directly impact the success of our sales operations, helping to streamline processes, reduce errors, and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and clients. Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Review and validate contract setups in Salesforce to ensure smooth system transitions. Support Salesforce account management, including activating new accounts and updating opportunity statuses. Respond to inbound requests from account managers and business development professionals regarding contracts, renewals, and invoicing. Set up contracts in Salesforce once completed and signed. Maintain accurate Salesforce records to support Accounting’s review of strategic projects (e.g., delivery evidence, internal approvals). Partner with the Billing Analyst to ensure purchase orders are received from clients requiring them. Assist with managing GLG Library access for client users. Position Requirement: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Graduation in commerce or accounting. Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time; this role is very hands-on and requires someone who will "roll up their sleeves". Must be customer-service oriented with excellent communications skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the Company's operations.
