Description Associate Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device Sales Location: Las Vegas & Reno, NV Compensation: Base $70,000 | OTE $130,000–$140,000 | Top Performers $250K+ Territory Details: Geography: Las Vegas to Reno and surrounding areas 25-50% travel expectations with flights being necessary About the Opportunity We have a rapidly growing company looking to expand its sales team in the Las Vegas to Reno areas. If you have outside sales experience and want to break into Medical Device Sales, we have an Associate Territory Sales Manager role that could be a perfect fit! In this role, you are responsible for selling company devices and educating physicians, clinicians, and patients on a medical device that is clinically proven to improve the quality of life for people with venous disease and lymphedema. What you do: Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up). Work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the product. Provides in-home product demonstrations on devices for patients and assists them with questions Assists the Territory Sales Managers with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Assists in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc. What you need: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of B2B/outside sales experience with quota attainment Preferred but not required to have sales experience with in-person product demonstrations Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians
