ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Edmonton branch.
This role is designed to develop the sales leadership team of the future, offering a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a meaningful way.
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and actively engaging in business development activities. This includes identifying and pursuing new opportunities, generating leads, and expanding our customer base in alignment with strategic goals. You’ll work to understand customer needs, present tailored services and solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
You will also collaborate closely with the senior sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship to help you build a solid foundation for a successful career in sales, with exposure to key business development strategies and project management principles as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
