About the Role As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll support our sales operations while learning the technical side of metal roll forming — including panels, trim, components, and custom profiles. You will assist the sales team with daily tasks, develop relationships with customers, and help expand our reach into new markets. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn both sales and manufacturing processes. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do ?? Call on smaller accounts to build relationships and encourage repeat business ?? Hunt new business in non core or developing markets ?? Assist with quotes and parts setup, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery ?? Work closely with the Customer Service team to support customer needs ?? Assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels ?? Material inspection to verify product quality and specs ?? Support customer audits, ensuring readiness and providing documentation ?? Maintain CRM records, track leads, and support senior sales staff ?? Learn metal roll forming capabilities, gauges, profiles, coatings, and industry terminology Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Interest in manufacturing, metal products, or the construction industry Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn technical and sales processes Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
