Responsibilities

ROLE DEFINITION

We are seeking an individual to join our Caterpillar Financial team in Canada as an Associate Sales Support Representative, providing administrative and in-house support to the sales team, contributing to relationship-building, and enhancing the experience for our customers and Cat Dealers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver finance quotations to Cat Dealers, customers, and internal staff, including alternative scenarios when applicable.
  • Finalize pricing for transactions prior to funding, ensuring accuracy in pricing, merchandising programs, and quote amendments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on financial products and merchandising programs, supporting Cat Dealers and internal staff. May assist in developing and coordinating promotional programs.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and execution of Caterpillar-driven merchandising programs; may also assist in training efforts.
  • Analyze and maintain sales and statistical reports at local, area, and regional levels to identify growth opportunities and assess sales effectiveness. May prepare custom reports upon request.
