Overview: The Associate Sample Manager will coordinate seasonal sample development across multiple brands, product categories, and global sourcing partners while serving as a key liaison between Design, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, and overseas factories to ensure global sample requests are accurate, timely, and tracked through completion. Key Accountabilities: Coordinate and maintain seasonal sample requests across multiple brands and product categories, ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and submitted on time Track sample status, key milestones, and factory deliverables throughout the product development calendar, proactively following up on outstanding items Serve as a primary point of contact between internal cross-functional teams and global sourcing partners to ensure clear and timely communication Consolidate sample requests, fabric needs, and development updates to streamline communication with factories Monitor seasonal sample timelines and escalate potential risks or delays that could impact key milestones Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Operations, and Calendar teams to ensure alignment on sample priorities and delivery expectations Assist in maintaining seasonal sample trackers, reporting, dashboards, and master files Prepare recurring reports and seasonal analysis to provide visibility into sample status, factory performance, and on-time delivery metrics Special projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry (children’s wear knowledge a plus) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.
