We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Scientist to join our Mycoplasma team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of routine and custom GMP studies and good housekeeping, equipment maintenance and stock control, to ensure the smooth running of the laboratories. The microbiology team perform a wide variety of assays for the detection of mycoplasma to support development and manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry, making scientific observations and completing documentation to the required industry standards. Responsibilities include working within the laboratory following Standard Operating Procedures and relevant compliance regulations to ensure routine studies are completed on time and accurately recorded to meet appropriate scientific and GMP regulatory standards.
