JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Analytical Development Associate Scientist to support AAV gene therapy and biologics programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong foundation in molecular biology and analytical methods. This role focuses on ELISA and ddPCR testing, sample analysis, and assay performance monitoring, with cross-training in biophysical and cell-based techniques.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in ddPCR, ELISA, and qPCR.
  • Analytical data interpretation and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and experimental execution.
  • Following SOPs.
  • Sample testing.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in relevant science.
  • 0-1 years of relevant lab experience.
  • A basic understanding of molecular biology techniques and lab execution.
  • Experience working with AAV is desired but not required.
  • Industry experience and familiarity with SOPs is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Execute molecular and biochemical assays such as ELISA, ddPCR, and qPCR.
  • Conduct analytical testing for internal samples and development programs.
  • Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and support lab operations.
  • Support method qualification, validation, and transfer activities.
  • Document data in electronic lab notebooks and present findings.
  • Train on chromatography and cell-based assays as needed.
