As a Scrum Master, you’ll be at the heart of our development process, guiding and coaching our teams to deliver their best work. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Bonus points if you’ve already worked on some Agile projects during your studies!
• Passion for Agile: If you’re new to Scrum, don’t worry! A basic understanding of Agile principles and a hunger to learn is what we’re looking for. We’re here to help you grow!
• Communication Skills: You know how to facilitate discussions, keep things organized, and get people on the same page. Your interpersonal skills will shine!
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have the ability to solve problems creatively and think critically to keep projects on track.

• Lead & Facilitate: You’ll be the voice that drives our daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Your guidance will keep us on track and moving forward!
• Empower Teams: Help our team embrace Agile principles, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll be the key to unlocking their potential!
• Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with the Product Owner and Manager to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring we stay aligned with both customer needs and project goals.
• Drive Communication: You’ll be the go-to for ensuring clarity and organization in all team objectives, helping us stay focused on what matters most.
• Solve Problems: Remove roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress and escalate challenges to the right channels to keep things moving.
• Track & Report: Monitor the team’s progress, celebrate wins, and share our success with stakeholders and management!
