Role Purpose We are looking for a proactive and high-impact Change Management & Culture Senior Associate to help drive enterprise-wide change through strategic communications and engagement initiatives across Group Operations, including Ops Risk Culture agenda. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong change management discipline with excellent project management, communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, engaging stakeholders across the organisation, and turning complex concepts into clear, meaningful actions and messaging. Key Responsibilities People Change Management & Culture Building: Support change management activities, including communications and learning interventions, to build awareness, understanding, and behavioural adoption. Drive employee engagement initiatives such as roadshows, workshops, and culture campaigns that bring strategy to life and strengthen organisational connection. Design and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights, measure initiative effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of playbooks, campaign guides, and implementation toolkits that enable business units to execute initiatives confidently and effectively. Support the delivery of the strategic roadmap for Group Operational Risk Culture programme, supporting the rollout and adoption of enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives. Drive the follow-through of key action items and project milestones, ensuring strong momentum, timely execution, and alignment to strategic objectives. Build and enhance programme governance materials, including trackers, dashboards, and meeting packs, to support transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. Communications & Employee Engagement Develop communication plans and content for internal stakeholders, including eDMs, email notifications, and campaign messaging, with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and audience relevance. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage review cycles, consolidate feedback, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of communications. Translate complex policy, standards, and process updates into clear, concise, and actionable messages that drive understanding and adoption across the organisation. Plan and execute communication rollouts, including timeline management, audience targeting, and dependency coordination, to maximise effectiveness and reach. Monitor engagement metrics and audience reach to continuously improve communication outcomes and inform future campaign planning. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Strategy, Consulting, or a related discipline. 4–6 years of relevant experience in programme management, internal or corporate communications, change management, or related roles, ideally within banking, technology, or consulting. Proven experience working with GenAI tools and solutions, including optimizing them for performance, scalability, and efficiency Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, connect the dots, and understand technology- or operations-related content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messages. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build credibility across different levels of the organisation. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
