Description

Position Summary We are seeking a talented associate with excellent academic credentials and strong career ambition to join our Capital Markets practice in Hong Kong or/and Beijing. Successful candidates must have extensive experience in Hong Kong IPO transactions (US side) or US Capital Markets transactions. Qualifications & Knowledge You will have: 3+ years of experience in US securities law and HK IPOs (US side) gained within a reputable international law firm U.S. State Bar qualification LLM or JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance or LLB from a top tier law school; Solid prospectus drafting and strong communication skills Strong analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and client management skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent command of both Mandarin and English (spoken, reading and writing)
