Description
FXEM E-Distribution is looking for an Associate level candidate to join its Client Services team. This is a client-facing role which is key in driving overall revenue and client success. The E-Client Service function is the first line of defense for client issues/queries, handling of time sensitive trade bookings/cancellations for eFX, monitoring client limits and ensuring audit requirements are met through eFX on-boarding procedures. On-boarding clients to FXEM specific platforms (both proprietary and third party) such as FXAll, FXConnect, Bloomberg, 360T, and direct FIX API connections Investigation and resolution of client issues such as pricing queries, trade rejections, and product functionality. Project management of new process enhancements and product rollout. Previous experience in supporting a sales and trading environment, preferably within FX / E-Trading. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership with capability of working in fast-paced sales & trading environment Ability to build a solid rapport with internal colleagues and stakeholders We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years.
