Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Our Sydney based Employment and Safety team is seeking an ambitious Associate/Senior Associate with 2 year + PAE in Employment and Industrial law.
Our team advises and assists a range of employers including number of leading Australian and multinational organisations on all employment, industrial and workplace health and safety matters. The industries in which our clients operate include energy, contractor services, transport, retail, financial services and manufacturing.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team led by two Partners, on diverse and interesting matters involving the development and implementation of IR strategies, advice on enterprise bargaining, responding to industrial disputes, drafting and advising on the enforcement of employment agreements, defending unfair dismissal, general protection and discrimination claims, and advising on compliance with WHS laws.
