ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer who is looking to use their skillset in a fast-paced advisory role. The position is based in our BRICS team who are a key part of the Corporate team, and support Businesses with Risk, Investigation, Compliance and Secretarial matters.
We are looking to grow the team by adding in an Associate or Senior Associate. You will work closely with the Head of the BRICS team and provide support to the more junior members of the team.
The day-to-day work involves a range of due diligence projects for clients, as well as the opportunity to get involved in corporate governance, and regulatory work within a corporate transactional setting.
You will need excellent attention to detail, accuracy and investigatory skills to highlight the minutia details needed for the type of work the team does. Additionally previous experience in a Corporate M&A team is essential to have an overview of the corporate transaction processes and to provide accurate judgements.
Due to the type of work the team does, this will be a predominately office-based position spending 4-5 days a week in our Worcester office.
