Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting for both tenants and landlords, preparing leases and lease-related documents (assignments, variations, renewals, surrenders, etc.)
  • Providing supervision and guidance to paralegals and junior lawyers
  • Handling a high volume of leasing matters with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting with the development of paralegals and junior lawyers while delivering quality and value in every matter
