YOU WILL BRING YOUR EXPERIENCE IN:
We are dedicated to providing tailored advice and legal services. Our team works hard to deliver a personalised service, empathetic support and the best possible legal outcomes for all of our clients in these difficult times. Now that’s a role with purpose.
We are looking for a Associate or Senior Associate with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. We are looking for someone with 3+ years post admission experience, and welcome applications from individuals who are technical experts in personal injuries law who are passionate about mentoring, supervising, and developing the technical skills of junior lawyers. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical performance of the lawyers directly reporting to you. You will provide guidance and support to help team members build their expertise in personal injuries law, set clear technical performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and implement training to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the lawyers directly reporting to you.
This role has flexibility to be based at any of our South East Queensland office locations.
