WHAT DO I NEED?

• Experience in product management within financial services, ideally with exposure to Loans, Guarantees, Trade Finance or Asset Finance.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability, and a knack for simplifying complex problems.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

• A solid understanding of business drivers and how they shape product decisions.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving value through smarter, simpler processes.

As an Associate or Senior Associate in Product Enablement, you’ll be at the heart of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), helping shape and support the products that drive business across Australia. You’ll work across our Loans, Guarantees, Asset Finance and Trade Finance product suites, designing, refining and managing them end-to-end.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, you’ll be in the office three days per week, collaborating with teams across the bank to ensure our products are customer-focused, commercially sound and risk-aware. It’s a hands-on role where your insights will help simplify processes, improve performance and strengthen our product governance.
