We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Financial Advisory – Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Hong Kong as Associate or Senior Associate. What you can expect As a member of our Restructuring and Insolvency practice, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency assignments, including corporate restructuring and reorganisation, liquidation, bankruptcy, receivership, and forensic accounting and litigation support. This role provides hands-on experience in restructuring and insolvency proceedings matters across different industries and jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with the day-to-day management of engagements such as corporate restructuring and reorganisation, liquidation, bankruptcy, receivership, and forensic accounting and litigation support. Investigate the financial affairs of companies or individuals Deal with claims and queries from creditors and clients Monitor progress of engagements, including ensuring compliance of statutory requirements and deadlines Draft reports / documents to the Court, the Official Receiver and other stakeholders to comply with relevant statutory requirements Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, economics, finance or business-related subjects. We may also consider candidates graduated from other bachelor’s degrees as appropriate Positive team player with strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. In the progress of studying or willingness to obtain an accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.
