What’s the role? You’ll join our Structured Finance team within Debt Products, Corporate and Institutional Banking, supporting the origination, execution and ongoing management of structured finance transactions. This includes working across RMBS, ABS and balance sheet financing structures, partnering closely with senior team members, risk, legal and treasury to bring complex deals to life. This is a full time, permanent role based in Sydney. You’ll spend your days building financial models, preparing credit submissions, coordinating transaction workstreams and supporting existing client portfolios. You’ll be exposed to a diverse pipeline of transactions and work alongside experienced specialists who value collaboration, clear thinking and strong risk discipline. You’ll thrive if you enjoy problem solving, working in deal driven environments and translating complex structures into clear commercial insights. What do I need? * Strong technical capability in financial modelling and complex credit analysis with the ability to articulate clear transaction recommendations. * AI / Digital Productivity: Demonstrated ability to use approved AI tools to improve productivity * Relevant tertiary qualifications in quantitative disciplines such as finance, accounting, engineering, actuarial studies or similar. * Experience working in small, deal‑driven teams under tight timeframes. * Ability to distil complex structures into key commercial and risk drivers. * Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive, self-starting approach. * Client-focused mindset with sound commercial judgement.
