Description
Responsibilities
Create and maintain our editorial and social media calendar, coordinate content production with colleagues from the Communications team and with other departments;
Write, edit, update and reproduce articles, interview and content for our websites, as well as manage the intake and distribution of information to our diverse internal and external audiences;
Manage content distribution across multiple social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube;
Engage with our community online by responding to their mentions, messages or comments; engage with relevant communities/profiles with similar interests;
Advise, train and support our faculty, Centres of Competence and colleagues from across the Hertie School with preparing and sharing content online;
Perform regular analysis of our social media activities and KPIs and seek out new avenues and ways of connecting with our audiences.
