Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience. This role is eligible for the company’s commission plan and profit sharing.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who are passionate about building scalable, impactful software in a collaborative environment.
As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product stakeholders to build and enhance features within our Evoke platform. You’ll be exposed to modern JavaScript practices, low-code development models, and cloud-native architecture—gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to help you grow into a high-impact contributor.
Requirements:

• CONTRIBUTE TO DEVELOPMENT:Implement small, well-defined features and bug fixes with guidance. Write clean, testable JavaScript code and low-code configurations using internal frameworks.
• LEARN OUR PLATFORM:Gain fluency in the Evoke platform, understanding key patterns in customization, configuration, and reusable component development.
• COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY:Participate in standups, sprint planning, and team discussions. Communicate clearly with peers, ask questions, and apply feedback to improve.
• SUPPORT PROJECT DELIVERY:Work on assigned tickets in Jira or similar tools. Contribute to code reviews and follow best practices for version control and deployment readiness.
• FOCUS ON GROWTH:Receive mentorship from mid- and senior-level engineers. Demonstrate consistent progress and curiosity in both technical and business domains.
