Devsinc is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Your contributions will help shape our innovative solutions and drive impact for our clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for various applications. Optimize existing AI/ML systems for improved accuracy and performance. Conduct research to evaluate new AI techniques and determine their potential applications. Handle data preprocessing and analysis to prepare datasets for model training. Work with coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software development. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document development processes, algorithms, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java; familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is a plus. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with data processing tools and techniques. Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically about challenges. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Prior experience through internships or academic projects in AI/ML is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology advancements.
