We're seeking a motivated graduate Software Engineer to join our team. As an Associate Software Engineer at Alianza, you'll work alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about mentorship and knowledge sharing, providing you with a learning path that’s customized to your needs. You'll contribute to real products while developing your technical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment and a highly challenging domain: building solutions that serve millions of users whilst delivering >99.999% availability. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities: * Develop and debug high-quality code across our diverse tech stack * Solve problems in languages suited to different challenges–from systems programming (including Rust, C&C++) to application development (including Java & Javascript) and scripting and automation(including Python & Bash) * Collaborate with senior engineers to accelerate your learning * Test software against requirements and acceptance criteria * Take ownership of small to medium-sized tasks with appropriate guidance Learning & Development: * Build expertise in our technology stacks and the telecommunications domain * Receive mentorship from experienced team members * Develop understanding of the full software development lifecycle * Gain exposure to cloud-based architecture and scalable,highly-available systems What We're Looking For Key Attributes: * Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn new technologies and embrace feedback * Curiosity: Genuine interest in understanding complex systems and how things work * Communication: Ability to ask clear questions and articulate technical concepts * Collaboration: Team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive work environment * Reliability: Commitment to delivering quality work on schedule Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field * Excellent problem-solving skills * Attention to detail We don't require prior software engineering experience – if you're a strong problem solver, we'll help you develop into a great engineer regardless of your starting point.
