The role focuses on automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production stability while partnering closely with development teams.Your role Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployments Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance using SRE principles Automate infrastructure and operational tasks to reduce manual toil Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to improve resilience Your skills and experiences Required Skills: Strong experience in SRE and DevOps practices CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.) Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) Linux, scripting (Shell/Python) Nice to Have: Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) DevSecOps and security best practices Incident response, post‑mortems, and SLO/SLI management Agile/Scrum experience Large‑scale enterprise environment exposure The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984 - $105,600 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
