Unlike traditional BI tools, Tellius excels at ad hoc analysis, deep dives, and business-friendly advanced analytics. Role Overview: As an Associate Software Engineer – DevOps, you will be part of our engineering team supporting the deployment and maintenance of our containerized data analytics platforms. Help with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration tasks. Write and maintain basic scripts in Shell or Python to automate routine tasks. Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth release cycles. Assist in implementing backup, disaster recovery, and security practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes concepts. Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Python. Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS). Willingness to learn GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and monitoring/observability stacks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Tellius: Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge DevOps technologies and large-scale deployments. Mentorship and learning opportunities to grow as a DevOps professional.
