Responsibilities
The TIGE CDN Platform Dev team provides a highly available, cost-efficient, and top-performing global multi-cloud CDN platform for ByteDance’s internal customers by integrating both self-built and commercial CDNs. The team is responsible for developing general functionalities that support both China and overseas needs, identifying and adapting to unique overseas scenarios, bridging gaps between existing systems and new requirements, and ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency in diverse environments. Our goal is to continuously evolve the platform to encompass more cloud services beyond CDN, delivering a unified layer of secure, reliable, and high-performance one-stop multi-cloud PaaS, supporting both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the design, development, and optimization of the Multi-Cloud CDN middle platform solution.
  2. Support the development of systems related to configuration management, data analysis, content management, and scheduling within the Multi-Cloud CDN middle platform.
  3. Participate in exploring, designing, and developing intelligent solutions for log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and automated troubleshooting to enhance platform reliability and reduce MTTR.
    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications
  4. Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Go, Python, Java, or PHP in a Linux environment.
  5. Basic understanding of API/platform design and foundational knowledge of network protocols, storage, and message queues.
  6. General knowledge of CDN principles; any experience in CDN system design or development is a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications
  7. Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in computer science, electronics and communication, or related fields.
  8. Good communication skills, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  9. Experience or strong interest in AIOps-related areas such as intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, or automated RCA is a plus.
