REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A passion for technology, learning with a growth mindset.
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, .NET), preferably JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to reporting analytics and visualization (Power BI, ADF)
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and delivery of technical training content as part of Manulife University.
  • Support the Technical Delivery Manager with content creation engagements and operationalization of the content library.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications and services.
  • Work with other coaches in the team on internal workshops, bootcamps, and learning labs.
  • Contribute to internal transformation events like hackathons, demo days, and tech talks.
  • Support the lifecycle of our cloud environments and infrastructure.
  • Learn and apply practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile software development.
  • Engage with multi-functional teams to explore opportunities for innovation and automation.
